Ottawa and Gatineau
Missed the call, lost the job, he's already gone.
UrbanTechFlow texts him back, follows up every quote, and asks for the review the same way after every job.
Five minutes. The company on screen is a sample we built so you can watch the system. The voice is English.
- A missed call can get a text with your quote form.
- Every quote gets a follow-up: next day, one week, two weeks.
- The same review ask goes out after every finished job.
Foundation is CA$497 a month, plus a CA$950 setup, half when you sign and half when the site goes live. The first month is free. No long contract. The work and the date are what we stand behind. A ranking, or a number of calls, is not something we promise.

The site, whichever package
Martin here from UrbanTechFlow, to talk websites. What you are looking at is the kind of site we build, whichever package you take.
Ottawa and Gatineau, both languages
The business is in the Ottawa and Gatineau market, so the site is bilingual from the start, in English and in French. A bilingual market should show on the site.
Two jobs for the site
A working site does two things. First, make it clear to Google, to Bing, and to AI search what the business does and where it does it. Second, once someone is on the site, turn a prospect into a customer. Those two things are the base.
A page for each main service
Every key service gets its own page, written around the questions customers ask. In this fence example: materials, how the job works, and whether a permit is needed. More useful detail, coded so a search engine can read it, makes the page easier to understand.
They arrive from the Google listing
People rarely find the site at random, unless they already know the name. They search, land on the Google Business Profile, and click through. Real Google reviews belong up front. They matter to the listing and to the reputation.
The text after the quote form
The quote form is on the site so getting in touch is easy. After they send it, they get a text that the request came in. People looking for a trade call down a list until someone gets back to them. You get a text with what they wrote, so the call back starts with the job.
The 30-minute call
Recap: a bilingual site, written so search can read it, reviews up front, and a way for the customer to reach you. Questions go on a 30-minute Zoom. Martin from UrbanTechFlow, signing off.
